Chengdu, China - May 16, 2024—Dr. Davood Moradian, Director General of the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies, participated in and delivered a speech at the annual meeting of the Jinjiang Oriental Forum - 2024 on Thursday.

In his speech titled "Taliban: Birth of Kandahar Khilafat," Dr. Moradian examined the implications of the group's return in Afghanistan and its impact on regional stability and security.
