In the second issue of Mehr Brief, Rangin Dadfar Spanta, Chirman of Board of Directors  of Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies and Former National Security Adviser, criticizes the U.S. Policy in Afghanistan in the past 2 decades, its conduct of the Afghan Peace Process, its decision to sign an agreement with the Taliban and withdraw its troop, while keeping its intelligence mission active in the country.
