Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) held a roundtable discussion on ‘Moscow Talks’ held on February 5-6, 2019 in Moscow. The purpose of this roundtable was to review the recent talks between the Taliban and a number of Afghan politicians in Moscow. Distinguished academics, diplomats, civil society members, and media representatives attended the event.
