The Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies (AISS) will organize “Herat Security Dialogue-XI” on November 27-28, 2023 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The theme of this year’s conference will be “Reimagining Afghanistan: Ways Forward”. As in previous years, the Conference will bring together representatives, experts and activists of Afghanistan, regional/neighboring countries and global partners to exchange views on the way forward towards a democratic Afghanistan. During the cultural evening, the Zohra/Youth Orchestra of Afghanistan’s National Music Institute will perform.
